10 units of single room, parlor, kitchen and toilet (Modern Studio)

We building 10 units of single room, parlor, kitchen and toilet ( Modern Studio)and will be sold at 60,000,000frs or rent of each unit at 30,000frs per month. This is being constructed on a 400sq metres of land.
Still on the same land, we shall contract 4 units of single self contained rooms but this project has not yet started and each unit will cost 25,000frs
